CIBI & Mac Forbes Graceburn Wine Room invites you to a special dinner night.
Meg and the team CIBI take over the kitchen at Mac's Graceburn Wine Room for a night of Japanese seasonal cooking matched with wine from Mac Forbes.
The dinner celebrates the 2017 Mac Forbes Winter Release. New release wines, 2015 Hugh, 2015 Hugh Merlot, 2016 Wesburn Chenin and 2016 Healesville Syrah will be open and available on the night.
To accompany the 5 course dinner, Mac will open some rare older wines from the cellar connected to the same vineyards. It promises to be a night of beautiful food and generous wines among friends.
