Sous Chef / Kitchen Supervisor

This role will be perfect for you if you want to work with lovely people in a beautiful space if you want to learn and if you’d like a real development pathway. We work in an open kitchen, have high standards, and get super busy. You will need to be well-presented, and organised, show initiative, and work well under pressure.

To be successful in this role, you don’t need to have all the skills already. We are looking for someone with a great attitude, genuine love of good food, a strong sense of responsibility and initiative, and an interest in Japanese culture.

This is a full-time, multi-faceted role, working days only. Weekend availability is required.

Cafe Supervisor
